Independent house in the heart of the village (shops and restaurants 50 meters away and supermarket 3 minutes' drive), located in the Gatinais Natural Park. Come and discover a region rich in heritage: Fontainebleau 15 minutes away (world-famous climbing blocks, hikes, its castle...), Barbizon 10 minutes away, Provins, Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte... You can reach Paris in 45 minutes, direct access to A6 highway or by train in 25 minutes from Melun train station (possible access by bus from Perthes). Disneyland Paris Park 1 hr. Accommodation: Old barn renovated in 2021, offering fully equipped accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat. Possibility to rent two crashpads on site.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This Canadian cottage lost in the woods of the Fontainebleau forest is the perfect setting for a return to your roots. In the morning you will certainly have the chance to see wild boars or deer in the unfenced 3 ha wooded park that surrounds the cottage. A hiking trail runs along the property and allows hours of hiking away from civilization! A second 5-person cottage on the grounds shares the children's playground.

Forest house inspired by architect Frank Lloyd Wright, swimming pool and terrace in a dominant position in a remarkable environment. Ideal for a stay in the forest, an hour from Paris. Shootings, filming and corporate seminars are possible on site. Train station 700 m away, shops 2 km away. Another house is also rented on the property. We limit the house to six people, with a quiet atmosphere. A caretaker lives on the premises. Breakfasts not included, independent entry.

Charming and elegant independent studio completely new, designed in the spirit of a Tiny House, located in the beautiful village of Boissy-aux-Cailles. You have a private terrace with a splendid view of the forest and the rocks overlooking the village. Ideally located close to the most popular climbing sites in the Fontainebleau forest (the three pinnacles, Buthiers, Larchant, Nemours, the state forest), the Buthiers leisure center and the Augerville golf course.

Dovecote transformed into a duplex studio located inside a 17th century property of nearly 2 hectares in the heart of the village of Sermaise and 13 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car (free parking) from the RER C (Paris in 55 minutes). 2 duplex rooms of 18m2 (attention many steps): on the 1st floor, living room with a kitchen, sofa, TV; upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Access to part of the property's grounds with a furnished relaxation area for eating and lounging.

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, 40 m2 house located in Nonville, village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt-sur-Loing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

An 85 m² barn refurbished in 2022 with all the comforts will be perfect for your weekends/family holidays (1 double bed 160*200, 1 sofa bed 140*190, 1 baby bed). Ideal for a couple, with children. Two adults maximum. Park/Pool/Pétanque/Swings/Trampoline/Board Games/Children's Sandbox/Hammock, Wifi, Telework, Smart TV, Netflix... All shops within a few kilometers. Parties/Pro Photos/Filming/Ceremonies/Pets not allowed. No additional visitors.

Stone cottage near the forest

Former outbuilding of the Château de Malesherbes which supplied bread via a secret passage... Well, since then, unfortunately, the secret passage has been blocked and has become our cellar... We are located on a great hiking trail close to the Buthiers forest. You can rock in the hammock after hiking, climbing or cycling... If you want to meet up with 6 people, you can also book the other cottage "Le Repère des Crapahuteurs"
