Very beautiful studio of 42 m ² at the heart of Le Marais, the view cleared on the Pavillon de la Reine of the Place des Vosges, benefiting from an ideal situation in the historic center of Paris and nearby : - Public transportation, - Museums and art galleries, - Restaurants and minimarket, baker, butcher - Fashion and shopping streets, - Bastille Opera, cinemas and theaters The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor, with elevator, in a modern building equipped with a digital code, an intercom and of a code in the elevator. Lovely flat in the 'High Marais". On the court and sunny. Near Picasso Museum - Georges Pompidou Center - Montorgeuil. Open kitchen and big bathroom. Very comfortable for a perfect moment in Paris! Nice apartment in the Haut Marais. On the courtyard and bathed in light. A stone's throw from the Picasso Museum - the Georges Pompidou center - the pedestrian district of Montorgeuil. Three windows in Paris!

This house of about 30 square meters, is located in the ancient heart of Paris, a 3-minute walk from Place de la Bastille and a short walk from the Marais. An area characterized by an immense variety of clubs, bars and restaurants for all types of cuisines and nationalities. The apartment located on rue de Charonne, near the Ledru Rollin and Bastille metro, allows you to be quickly connected to the whole city. Near the front door there is also a velib parking lot, to rent the bike.

Bel Luminous apartment in the Marais

Ideally located in the upper Marais, rue de Turenne, close to rue de Bretagne. Very lively neighborhood full of restaurants, shops and galleries! The apartment is new, modern and has a lot of charm. It was decorated by my mom who is a decorator:) It is bright with rooftop views and quiet because it overlooks the courtyard. 2 rooms: one bedroom and a living kitchen with sofa bed (sheets not provided for the sofa) For summer no air conditioning, there is a fan. See you soon!

Countryside in Paris

Charming apartment beneath the roof of Paris, an amazing place for a unique experience. Attic apartment of 65 square meters (including 45 square meters higher than 1,80 meters) located on the last floor and completely under the eaves. Very cosy, great atmosphere, feeling like being in a chalet. Very bright thanks to numerous windows, in a very calm street, located 2 mn by feet from Place des Vosges in the Marais district and from Opera Bastille.

Close to the small marina of the Arsenal , it is an amazing change of atmosphere to stroll by the water in the middle of the capital . 2 times a week around the corner takes place the largest market in Paris ( Thursday and Sunday ) .
