Welcome to the jewel of Monêtier, located in the beautiful typical village of Le Monêtier Les Bains at 1500 m altitude. Our apartment is new, delivered in July 2024 with a magnificent view of the mountains of the Serre Chevalier valley. It offers all the comfort and serenity for 6 people with its 70 m2 garden, garage, heated ski locker and bike storage. Excellent location, close to the ski slopes (alpine and cross-country) 10 min walk, different hiking trails.

Located a 2-minute walk to the village center and 200 meters to the shuttle to the ski area, it offers easy access to all amenities. Ideal for ski holidays or mountain getaways in any season (hiking, cycling, climbing, via ferrata, etc.) or enjoy the Grands Bains.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
