Hello, we are renting a lovely 25 m2 studio in the heart of Mônetier-les-Bains including a sunny balcony facing southeast with views of the mountain and on the banks of the Guisane. Our apartment is new, delivered in July 2024 with a magnificent view of the mountains of the Serre Chevalier valley. It offers all the comfort and serenity for 6 people with its 70 m2 garden, garage, heated ski locker and bike storage. Excellent location, close to the ski slopes (alpine and cross-country) 10 min walk, different hiking trails.
