Tout confort dans l'appartement , vous trouverez un grand lit dans la chambre avec grand placard, d'un canapé convertible pouvant accueillir deux enfants, une plaque de cuisson, une senseo, bouilloire et grille-pain... Terrasse privée.

Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

The price shown includes cleaning, as well as the provision of bed linen, towels and bathrobes. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)
