Outbuilding of our old farmhouse converted into a residential house. OUR ACCOMMODATION on the ground floor a living room of 25 m², composed of a living room with sofa convertible into a bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Access to the floor is via a spiral staircase. A large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed (bed linen provided, baby bed on request) Walk-in shower room (bath towels provided). Separate toilet upstairs. You will have your own outdoor space, not overlooked.

This house, which is being restored with love and care, combines the charm of the old (exposed stone, old floor tiles, beams...) and modern comfort. Apart from the antique furniture, everything is new, from the bedding to the household equipment to the wood stove... 2 hours from Paris, ideally located in the heart of the Perche Regional Park, it is located in the village of Pin-La-Garenne, halfway between the small towns of Bellême (7 km) and Mortagne-au-Perche (9 km).

The house has a bedroom with an open-plan bathroom and a kitchenette. Here, it's about living outdoors, enjoying the garden with our dog, swimming in the pool when the weather is nice (from mid-June), cycling, exploring the Belleme forest, flea markets and restaurants.
