You will be charmed by its exceptional location a short walk to the beach and close to amenities (restaurants, tobacco, groceries etc...) With an area of 40 m2, you will find a bedroom open to the living room, an equipped kitchen with sea view, a bathroom with shower, all recently renovated in 2022 with a refined and elegant decoration. La Clem'House

Extremely well located, a stone's throw from Nausicaa, modern, this 60 m² accommodation is located between the city center of Boulogne S/Mer and Wimereux. This is a superb open duplex apartment. It has just been refurbished. It can accommodate up to 5 people and is located on the seafront. The apartment is easy to access (5 min from the highway). A private parking space is available, in the secure courtyard. It is south-facing, very bright and sunny.

Patio bathroom with kitchen area consisting of a fridge/microwave/hotplates/Senseo coffee maker and cutlery. The getaway on the dike is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in a cozy, quiet and bright apartment. Ideally located by the beach and close to shops. The apartment, with courtyard views, is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a unique character, quiet and secure (video surveillance) with elevator access.
