You will be charmed by its exceptional location a short walk to the beach and close to amenities (restaurants, tobacco, groceries etc...) With an area of 40 m2, you will find a bedroom open to the living room, an equipped kitchen with sea view, a bathroom with shower, all recently renovated in 2022 with a refined and elegant decoration.
