My accommodation is in a quiet location surrounded by nature, close to horses, and offers a lovely view of the sunset. Close to Lake Brière, the Morbihan Golf Course and the Côte de Jade. Refurbished in an original way.

The villa is located in the heart of La Baule Bay, on a very quiet street, 450 metres from the sea and the shops. You can park your car and do all your activities on foot or by bike. Tennis courts, swimming pool, mini golf, paddle boarding, water activities, a convenience store, a market, restaurants... everything is less than a 10-minute walk away! The villa stands at the top of a dune, within a 650-m² sloping garden, surrounded by pine and holm oak trees. You can access it via a wide path/staircase. South-west-facing aspect

Fully equipped kitchen overlooking a small terrace and small garden sheltered from the wind, separate bathroom and toilet. Functional house and pleasant to live in.

We offer a bright one-story villa with a spa bath (bathroom) and sunny garden. The beaches, the wild coast, the supermarket, the harbor with shops and restaurants are within walking distance in 5 to 10 minutes. The wooden terrace is equipped with sun loungers, umbrella, teak table. The garden with fruit trees is completely enclosed and not overlooked. The lapping of the water in the goldfish pond contributes to the serenity of the garden. Beds are made upon arrival.

Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

Charming salt worker's house renovated in 2020, quiet and with a closed and green garden, located in the village of Saillé in the heart of the salt marshes of Guérande. Ideally located, the bay of La Baule, the port of Le Pouliguen and the ramparts of Guérande are only 2 kilometers away. The village of Saillé has two renowned restaurants, a newsstand and a bread depot.

We welcome you to our old 18th century stone house with a large quiet garden where privacy is guaranteed. The house is located in the middle of many places of interest and excursions, 5 minutes from the medieval walls of Guérande, 10 minutes from the beach of La Baule and 10 minutes from the salt marshes. A very excellent bike route is 5 minutes away
