Nous proposons à la location cet appartement refait à neuf cette année et situé sur la plage du Nau au Pouliguen. Il fait 75 m2 avec 76 m2 de terrasse idéalement situé avec un accès plage direct depuis le RDC de l'immeuble. Tout peut se faire à pied: marché, plage, port, commerce. Immeuble avec ascenseur , place de parking fermé Couchage: 2 chambres fermées + 1 lit escamotable double dans le salon. 1 chambre avec 1 lit double et une autre avec 2 lits superposés soit 8 couchages en tout!

La côte sauvage se situe à environ à 15 minutes à pied. On oublie la voiture pour de belles ballades.
