Surrounded by Provençal hills, this 75 m² cottage is dressed in stone and has a generous terrace on the perimeter opening onto an unobstructed landscape overlooking the village. A private pool, with a waterfall cascading from a "restanque" allows you to cool off. Compliant with disability regulations, this cottage and its surroundings are fully accessible. Ideally located in Sanary-sur-Mer, between the train station (12-min walk) and the port (15/20-min walk). Secure residence. A parking space is available free of charge. You can come and stay as a couple, with family, friends or on business trips. Access to the freeway is just a 2-minute drive away.

It is close to all amenities (2 km from the city center). Carqueiranne is an authentic Provençal fishing village far from tourist places. Your peace of mind will be assured. There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).
