Villa with three large bedrooms with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower, designed for maximum comfort and privacy for 6 people. A car is recommended for getting around. PARTIES/VIDEO SHOOTING PROHIBITED. The caretaker, Silvio, lives in an annexe next to the main house. He takes care of the garden, the vegetable plot, the ponies and the dog, Nala, who is very sweet and outgoing with everyone.

Only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Nice to rent ebike for a tour.
