Large independent gîte in a beautiful stone house located in the heart of a village perched between Dauphiné and Savoy. Peace and quiet assured. Tastefully decorated and comfortable, ideal for discovering our beautiful region on vacation or on a sports stay (hiking, biking, mountain biking, via ferrata, climbing, paragliding, swimming, fishing...) Very nice view of the Bauges and Chartreuse Alps – Close to lakes, the 7 Laux family ski resorts, Collet and the Allevard thermal baths.

130 m2 house. (this is my primary residence, so with personal belongings) Located 15 min from Grenoble, 10 min from the bus bright accommodation, very nice view. I do NOT accept people who have bed bugs, for the good of all! following unpleasant surprises, do not bring more people than declared! 5 maximum! I speak English. no smoking! bath towels to bring for the pool! thorough cleaning of the house to be carried out upon your departure.

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.
