Studio douillet et lumineux orienté sud au coeur de la station. Vue sur les Montagnes et la Station. Pas de frais de ménage si pas nécessaire. Linge de lit fourni et installé sans surcoût. A 100 m à ski/à pied des remontées. Au départ d'itinéraires de rando, VTT, Gravel et Trail. A 25mn du lac de Serre Ponçon Jeux pour enfants, Bar/restaurant d'altitude/pied des pistes, supèrette, SPA, tabac/presse, garderie (sous réserve des périodes d'ouverture) Au 4eme, un étage à monter à pied.

5 minutes from the city center on foot, in a very quiet area with stunning views of old Embrun and Les Orres. Close to the train station (5 min walk) to enjoy public transportation. A free shuttle is available (2 min walk) to reach the water. High quality apartment in a detached house equipped with modern appliances as well as a pool table and a foosball table. Private terrace with shared garden with the owners for a memorable stay.

New and spacious home. View of the mountains from the wooden terrace. The apartment located on the ground floor of our house has completely independent access. Not overlooked, free parking. Shops 400 m away, city center 5 minutes away. Note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We provide bed sheets but please remember to bring your towels.
