Located 5 minutes' walk from the start of the ski lifts, ski schools, beginner slope, daycare, swimming pool and the resort center with all shops.

Quiet, away from major highways. With an area of 39 m², it has a mountain corner, a bedroom with a 160 bed, a bathroom with separate toilet, a kitchenette, a living room with a real sofa bed and a balcony. A numbered parking space at the foot of the residence, ski storage.
