Beautiful spacious accommodation of about 85 m2 with varangue in a quiet residence near the city center and beaches (5 min walk), gym, beauty/massage salon, hairdresser/barber, and snack bar within the residence. 2 spaces in secure parking, direct access to the elevator. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. One 160 x 200 queen size bed and one 140 x 190 bed. The sofa is convertible and can accommodate 2 people. All the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay.
