La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Gîte completely renovated this year; 20 km from the seaside, located in the countryside, 800 m from the village and 2 km from the "Léguer" river where you can fish for salmon and trout. Pink granite coast 25 km away, small "beach" (it is an access to the Légue river with sand, a perfect place for hiking in the forest while strolling on the banks of the Légue) very friendly, accessible by bike in about thirty minutes, perfect for walking the Légueur trails.

Comfortable accommodation consisting of a living room-kitchen on the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds including one on the mezzanine and a bathroom - toilet - laundry room upstairs.
