The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, oven, microwave, and a combined refrigerator with freezer, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. From the living area, you can enjoy breathtaking sea views that invite you to relax and dream. There is 25 m² swimming pool to enjoy the Croatian sunshine to the fullest.  This charming apartment is located in Novi Vinodolski, across from the island of Krk. PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Numerous restaurants offer special culinary delights for tourists. Surroundings without industrial pollution and mountain air from the high forests of the hinterland, decorated bike and hiking trails, lookout points and walks, all this gives an ecological advantage to stay in our place.

Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
