The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. It is divided into two separate units, each of which is about 40 square meters in size. They do not have internal communication, so it is suitable for a vacation for couples/friends or families with older children, where everyone has their own privacy. The facilities are connected by an outdoor covered terrace. Most markets are 10-15 min walk from the apartment.

Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka sa kuhinjom i blagovaonicom i dvije dvokrevetne sobe, te kupaonicom. Sve prostorije imaju mogućnost grijanja i hlađenja koje je uključeno u cijenu. Situated on the second floor of the house, fully equipped, with a large balcony with a view of the slopes of Velebit, Senj chanell and the entire east coast of the island Krk. The interior consists of a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms and three comfortable bedrooms with seven beds (total 100 m2 balcony 15 m2).
