Approx. 200 year old farmhouse (Limonaia) with pool with 135 sqm of living space in 4,000 sqm of olive grove with lemon trees and much more. About 90 meters above Lake Garda, which is about 450 meters away as the crow flies. The center of Gargnano can be reached via a 300-year-old, beautiful hiking trail (about 1.4 km), or in 8 minutes by car. The house has been lovingly restored. The garden is secluded, is available for exclusive use and invites you to linger in many places.

The ideal place to spend some days in complete harmony with yourself. Surrounded by other vintage villas, the house is centrally located but very quiet, not far from the railway line that allows you to travel to Milan, Brescia or Franciacorta. It has a private garden with a dining area.

The tourist tax is to be paid on site and is an extra cost of €2.80 per day for both adults and children over 14 years of age (free after the seventh day).

The property is located in Brentonico surrounded by the green of the Baldo mountains, in 15 minutes you can reach Lake Garda and in 10 minutes you can reach the mountains of the Plateau.
