In summer, the cows of the adjacent farm graze in the meadow, swimming the ducks and lakecoats in the ditch. You regularly see a stork or a deer! With the sound of the cuckoo, the kievit or the owl, you will experience the nature very close! From the conservatory or from the large garden you can see the sun rising in the morning.

Beautifully located in the National Park de Utrechtse Heuvelrug is B&B de Hoge Zoom, side wing of the country house from 1929. A true pleasure for nature lovers, hikers, cyclists and/or mountain bikers. B&B de Hoge Zoom has a private entrance, living room with Yotul wood stove, fridge, toilet, bathroom and two connected bedrooms upstairs. Wonderfully sunny private terrace, lockable bicycle shed, private parking. From the garden, access to the hiking trails of the National Park.

The deck is a newly realized, detached and sustainable accommodation on the Kromme Rijn in Cothen, located in the province of Utrecht. Accommodation is located along the Kromme Rhine hiking trail and is a stay for up to 4 guests and is equipped with two separate bedrooms 1 and 2, with private bathroom with toilet. It has a common breakfast/kitchen area where you can stay well. Outside you can relax in the lounge set on the deck on the Kromme Rijn.

In de schemer spot je regelmatig reetjes, hertjes, konijntjes en soms een vos.
