The historic city park is just around the corner, and the neighbourhood is full of lovely people. The best bakery in town is a 15-minute walk away, the best coffee is the same distance away, and you can have lunch almost next door. There is no shortage of charming living room restaurants in our neighbourhood, and Groningen is known for its large number of cosy pubs.

You can walk to the downtown area in 5 minutes!

The house and the furnishings are in good condition, new Swiss Sence Boxspring bed, comfortable sofa, dining table overlooking the garden.
