Hi, Welcome to Raccoon Retreat! This is a house that you will be able to come to unplug, unwind and reconnect with family, friends and all of what nature has to offer. The home is located within the ‪Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area‬. Here you will have the opportunity to take advantage of hiking trails, waterfalls, swimming, zip lining, fishing, horseback riding, canoeing and kayaking, as well as skiing or snowtubing during the snowy season. Though you get to experience nature here, you are only a short drive away from restaurants, casino, shopping and also water parks. The entire home is all yours! Our three story home sits on a one acre wooded lot. In the event you are just wanting to get away to hunker down here, we have designed the space to feel cozy and warm. *Winter bookings must have 4 Wheel or AWD Vehicle. This one-of-a-kind cabin borders the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Hike right behind the cabin, through the woods, to Dingmans Creek. A short hike upstream leads to George W. Childs Park with 3 tumbling waterfalls, a rustic trail system, and observation decks. A longer hike downstream will bring you to Dingmans Falls. DWGNRA offers swimming, fishing, hiking, biking, canoeing, and kayaking, all within minutes of the cabin.

The Thoroughbred Cottage is the quintessential, early 1900s Pocono vacation cottage. "Enjoy this beautiful spacious home that is located in a secured gated community, Indoor jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom on the second floor , the jacuzzi is a lay down tub for 2 people max .There is free parking on the premises, the driveway can hold up to 5 vehicles. The home is equipped with fast high speed WiFi that can be access all around the home." I have air conditioners in the top 2 floor bedrooms, the house stays cool in summer as well

Secluded Suite outside of town.

A small suite located above the town of Jim Thorpe. I am really geared towards couples looking for a weekend getaway. The space is smaller but very easily accomadates two people. A big step up from any hotel room/suite. The rental is not located in the town of Jim Thorpe. I am located about 10 minutes outside of town and about 5 minutes away from Penns Peak. The rental is connected to home but completely seperate.

This 3 bedroom house is great for anybody that wants to relax and have a good time, due to the many attractions close by. The house is 2 stories, the first floor has the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. The second floor had the master bedroom including a master bathroom.
