Completely renovated T1 apartment, located on the 1st floor of a small stone building dating from the 19th century. Quiet room, overlooking the ramparts. Bright living room, view of the magnificent Basilica of Saint-Sauveur. Nearby, marina, multiple shops and restaurants, historical monuments.

The Studio

A converted Artist's Studio For Two People with private parking. A hidden gem in Dinan. It has been converted with imagination and flair by two brilliant artisans and me. We've had great fun. Situated down the road from the Chateau and across the road from Dinan's lovely Park. It has it's back to the road. When I rented my house before Covid. I was classed as Superhost by Airbnb. I try to ensure my guests are as comfortable as possible. All essentials provided. 5 nights minimum.

The house has been carefully renovated; the colours and materials have been chosen with love, in order to enhance the unique and atypical side of the place. A real Breton cottage, cosy and comfortable, where it is good to stop, for a visit to the magnificent Dinannaise region.

Wooden townhouse Type T2 single storey. Very nice flower garden surrounded by stone walls. Protected fish pond. All rooms, very bright overlook the garden. Quiet, not overlooked. Very close to the city center and the historic center of Dinan. Ideal location to get out of Dinan and visit the surroundings without having to drive through the city center (very busy at times). Ideal house for a stay combining visits and rest. Free parking 100 m away.
