Die FrankenFeWo liegt zentral im Naturpark Frankenhöhe in Neusitz, ca. 2 km von der mittelalterlichen Reichsstadt Rothenburg o. d. T. entfernt. Die beiden Ferienwohnungen wurden 2017 vollständig renoviert, neu und modern eingerichtet, mit Grillplatz im Garten. Check-In nach 21:00 Uhr durch Schlüsselsafe jederzeit möglich. The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 meters away.

My Apartment is perfect for Oktoberfest-lovers (10 min walk). But you are also very central if you just want to enjoy the city! In 3 min you find yourself in the shopping streets ;) The flat is on the ground floor. The subway (U1, U2, U3 and U6) and bus station Sendlinger Tor is around the corner. There are many cafes and restaurants but also bars and nightlife. It´s a busy spot and the favorite quarter of creative locals and foreign people.

The lovingly furnished apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers and is a non-smoking residence. It is centrally located and within walking distance of the historic old town. Many sights or excursion destinations in and around Rothenburg can be found in the information folder that is available in our holiday apartment. At the moment there is a construction site behind the house, so there may be construction noise.

Beautiful large apartment in an idyllic location

The room is suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two people. A travel cot for a toddler can be provided on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, which leads to the apartment, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake district are very close.

Cozy attic apartment on the 3rd floor

The cozy 1 1/2 room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our house. We are very keen to make our guests feel comfortable, so we have changed a lot in the last year and, among other things, bought a new, wider bed, replaced the couch and created a reading corner that can quickly be modified into a second bed in the other room 😊
