Tucked away on the edge of our peaceful farm, it’s a sanctuary made for quiet moments, sunsets and unforgettable memories. Adults only. No pets.

Spacious, character cottage in village location

Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.

The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) This new beautiful, cosy, barn conversion. The barn has a well equipped kitchen/dining area with lounge and large 65inch smart TV. A master bedroom with super king bed and en-suite the second bedroom has an option of super king bed or 2 singles and a beautiful full bathroom with roll top bath and shower.

Donington Park EMA | One bed converted barn Wilson

A 10 minute walk from Donington Park's main entrance, The Barn is the perfect base for two people (+ your pet, subject to a fee) to stay comfortably. This one-bedroom, well-equipped self-contained barn conversion has kitchen, dining area, en-suite shower, TV/DVD, Wifi, wood burner and lovely garden views. Parking for up to 2 cars / motorbikes available. Please note we are close to East Midlands Airport and Donington Park so noise can be heard from these sites from time to time.

The accommodation was once a barn dating back to 1900. It is a contemporary conversion within the rear garden of the main house. The property incorporates everything needed for a great stay. It is completely private and self-contained. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room/kitchen and is accessed by two large patio doors. A staircase leads to a light and airy bedroom with a king size bed, drawers and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
