Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Leicestershire

We were very happy with our overnight stay. Steve was friendly and welcoming. He accommodated our request to leave slightly later, as we were attending a funeral. The ground floor room was very clean and cosy. The en-suite bathroom was clean with a good shower. He cooked a good breakfast for an extra £8 per person. Overall, we were very comfortable.

We was there as my son had his graduation. The place was lovely felt home from home. Both ladies Jamiee but I forgot the other lady’s name (forgive me) was absolutely fantastic and professional. Very patient, courteous and very attentive. The home cooked breakfast was exceptional and very filling, we were spoilt for choice. The rooms were very cosy, super clean and comfortable cannot fault it. Definitely would recommend this guest house, a wonderful stay. Didn’t want to go home! Thank you so much.

Joseph and Maria are great hosts and theirs is a lovely home with an awesome kitchen. I had great chats with Maria about our shared interest in healthy eating. I would happily stay again.

We booked this last minute and we were blown away by the beautiful room, attention to detail like blankets and treats for the dogs, homemade cakes on arrival and delicious breakfast that was cooked for us early as we had to leave by 7:45am. Nothing was too much trouble. The surrounding are peaceful and a countryside delight. The en-suite shower room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back.

I had a fantastic stay with Susan, she was so lovely and I had a brilliant time there. The house was spotless and was nice and quiet, I was visiting family who didn’t have any spare space, so it was ideal, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when I come down next, it’s my go to place. Great stay in the "pig sty". Spotlessly clean, bed was very comfy. It was quite hot when we stayed so was very grateful for the fan that was provided. Sweet treats and stuff to make breakfast was nice addition

The accommodation was beautifully decorated, spotless with those extra luxury touches that made us feel special and comfortable. Breakfast - best breakfast we’ve ever had, enjoyable and we could tell the love and passion that had gone into this with the homemade and locally sourced ingredients, accompanied by a great host. Ann is very gentle and considerate. She was very cooperative in helping us stay here and welcomed us with a range of breakfast items: loads of varieties of oats, more than four types of tea, three types of coffee, etc . Very elegant home and the backyard is also very enchanting. I had an amazing sleep as the beds are very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will come back. In addition, her home is one of the closest accommodations to the start point of outlaw Nottingham.

On arrival we were welcomed and shown around the property and then to our room. It’s a really quirky, beautiful place to stay. The photos really do match the description . We did however break the key in the door and meant that we couldn’t then get into our room. Mac was brilliant, he came to the rescue immediately, put us in another room and made up a room for the children. Nothing was a problem. We had such a lovely stay, the breakfast was delicious, and really generous. Definitely would love to stay again. It’s a little gem and stellar service and hospitality. We would highly recommend a trip and stay there.
