Master bedroom (double) with en-suite wet room, single bedroom, separate shower room/wc, fully equipped kitchen/living room. Under floor heating, wi-fi, Cable TV with Movie & Sports channels. On-street parking only but directly outside the property. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, and for the protection of guests, we currently leave a minimum of 24 hours between bookings.

Located in the Leicestershire countryside, this peaceful location is the perfect spot for walkers (located on the Leicestershire Round), cyclists and those simply wanting to get away. The annex is separated from the main house by the utility area/entrance, handy for storing muddy boots and coats. There are basic cooking facilities (microwave but no cooker), however a light breakfast is included. The nearest pub serving food is only a mile away and there are many more to choose from!

There is one designated secure car parking space for your use, which is to the right hand side of the property door. If you require more parking please let me know.. The property backs onto the Grantham Canal providing excellent walks and a cycle route. A secure garage is offered for bicycles.
