Former Crabbies Ginger Ale Warehouse converted in 2003 and comprising of Spacious Lounge, 2 very Spacious Double Bedrooms plus Roof Balcony. The flat is very comfortable and quiet on 4th floor but please note there is no lift although the stairs are fairly shallow. Private off-road parking available if arriving by car please let me know in advance so I can arrange a parking permit. There is free on street parking 5.30pm -8am weekdays and free all weekend Secure bicycle storage available also

The Edinburgh trams now run a service direct from Edinburgh Airport to the apartment. The stop is at the Foot of the Walk, less than 3 minutes away. The trams also stops near both city centre train stations.
