Magnificent duplex of 126 m2 renovated. In a quiet area (5 min. by car from the center of Crans-Montana, 400m from the Golf Ballesteros). Very bright with beautiful view on the Alps, it is composed of a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 1 living room with fireplace and balcony, 1 Italian shower. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 TV room. 1 parking space in the underground garage. Building without elevator, but small floors. Duplex is on the 3rd floor.

Spacious central studio in Montana

Clear studio, centrally located in Montana. Indoor private parking is included. 5 min walking distance to Coop market and to the bus station. Every 20 minutes there is a free shuttle bus that will take you to one of the 3 gondolas. Montana funicular is nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. Quite place. You can use a common laundry and tumble-dryer its 1,60 CHF/hour. On arrival you will need to pay a small Visitor Tax it's 5 CHF per person and per night.

The south-facing private balcony offers unblocked and breathtaking views of the Alps and the valley as well as the outdoor swimming pool and the tennis court. The apartment is perfectly located at 300m of the Montana-Arnouva cable cars and 500m of the town centre. The Peruvian and Asian-inspired restaurant, La Muña, at the Crans Ambassador (open during hotel season) is a Real Jem!
