Two parking spots in the closed and secure courtyard. Ten minutes from Lake Bourget and Aix-Les-Bains. Lots of hikes nearby. Shops five minutes away. Bright, pleasant and well-equipped house. Come and stay in this magnificent renovated barn, which is over 300 years old. There is a microclimate of relaxation, calm and a very special holiday, with a heavenly view! A touch of Provence in the Chartreuse, in short! I live in this house and vacate it when I have a booking so that you can have it to yourselves. You therefore have access to the whole house except for my bedroom and my garage. However, I do leave my cats, Roxy and Gribouille, behind.

All shops are 2 steps away, as well as the market on Sunday and Wednesday mornings. It is in a preserved setting that you can enjoy Lake Aiguebelette (swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding...) as well as La Chaine de L'Épine (cycling, hiking...) Ideally located (1 hour from Lyon, Grenoble, Geneva).
