Noirmoutier in the island is only 3kms away, you can enjoy a beautiful sandy beach 700 meters away . Numerous festivals and entertainment in the summer close to the house.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Close to the city center, all shops, beach and bus stop to Nantes SNCF train station. An entrance with closet. One ground floor bedroom with double bed (160 × 200) and a wooden baby crib. ATTIC mezzanine bedroom (NO STANDING for those over 150 cm at the highest). There are two beds: A pull-out bed in single bed 90 x 200 and double bed position 180 x 200 One double bed 160 x 200 PLEASE NOTE: extra linens and towels!

The accommodation is located 50 m from the beach, close to all amenities (bar, restaurant, supermarket, tobacco, press, etc.), and a few meters from the fishing port and marina of L'Herbaudiere.
