Villa holiday rentals in L'Épine

We stayed in the villa for two weeks in the 2nd half of August with the family. We were four persons, my wife, two teenager sons and myself. The villa is very comfortable, the highlights being the modern kitchen (which was really fully equipped with everything including an extra refrigerator in an adjacent store/washing room), the spacious combined eating/living room and the outside aread including the pool. The bedrooms were a little bit small, and there was little space and furniture for clothing. The shower is open and directly accessible only from the main bedroom, but there is a 2nd large bathroom accessible from the central corridor. We really enjoyed our stay here. You can visit Nantes or La Roche-Sur-Yon within an 1 hour, large supermarked within 5 min by car, excellent bakery within 1-2 min by car. There are various accesses to the very nice beach area within 10 - 20 min by car (natural beach, no infrastructure). Very friendly and supportive host!

Beautiful services for this quality and well-equipped accommodation in a recent and secure residence. Everything comes together to have a good stay for young and old. Beach within walking distance (15/20min).

A perfect stay! The house was totally as advertised, very pleasant and well-equipped. The pool was a real plus, great for relaxing. The location was perfect, making it easy for us to explore the surroundings. We had a great time and will be back with pleasure!

We had a fantastic stay on Ile d’Yeu. The house is beautiful and just as described. We came as a group of friends and it was perfect for us, with a big kitchen and outside space. It’s a half an hour walk to the port or beach. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This was a perfect place on a perfect location! One stap away of a pretty beach, nice for swimming, and in a very quiet neighbourhood. The house is more then perfect and very cosy, the communication with Marc was good. We had to pay 70 euro on the spot for the cleaning of the house, but that was okay because there is no cleaning fee in the rental. Marc even rented us a bike for our son for little money and had also a bodyboard for him for free. We definitely can recommend this place!

Eric welcomed us to his beautiful home which matched the description and our expectations. He was proactive and offered services we haven't seen elsewhere. We felt right at home, and enjoyed the heated pool as soon as we arrived. The place is quiet and relaxing. The whole family enjoyed it and we regret only taking a week because everything was really good.

Very nice house, tastefully decorated, well-equipped and well-appointed. Well located: beach and city center 5 minutes by bike via bike paths. Great for friends and family. Numerous bike paths in Bretignolles and the surrounding area, even with young children. Secure swimming pool and beautiful terrace. We had a lovely week there!

The Maison des Genêts is ideally placed for those who want to discover the island by bike. Its location almost in the center of Yeu allows you to go to all the beaches in a short time and the calm found in the evening is very pleasant. The house is very large (10 beds possible in 4 bedrooms) and the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet is a real plus when returning from the beach. The decor is simple and stylish. Numerous and functional kitchen accessories. We had a great time with beautiful weather. Thanks!

We had a lovely stay. We were three families, with three generations and we all had a lovely time. The swimming pool and having the beach within 10-15 minutes walk, was great. Helene, who managed our stay, was very friendly and helpful.

We had a great time in Clara's beautiful (big!) home. Freshly renovated, the house is decorated with great taste and quality materials. Everything in the house and the garden invites you to relax and have fun for families or groups of friends. It is also very well located in the center of the island, making it easy to radiate. We were able to discover the island of Yeu for the first time and Clara's house was a great base!

We had a lovely stay. The house is very pleasant and comfortable. There's nothing missing! Unfortunately, we regret poor concierge management... the house was not ready at the time we were offered to arrive: uncleaned plancha and pool and the person was still walking around the house to check that everything was in order.

Alice has an amazing house. We really enjoyed our stay. We had 8 adults and 5 kids and we were comfortable here. The kitchen is very well stocked, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. The outdoor area is ideal for families. The neighbour is quite, safe and walking distance to the town. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this property for large groups.

We had a wonderful weekend in Chantal's house a stone's throw from the sea,tastefully decorated, very well equipped, nothing is missing and very spacious, teenagers loved their space in the dormitory in the basement, the exteriors are very nice. Chantal is very responsive.

We had a lovely week Marie welcomed us with great kindness and Pierre-Henri made sure that everything went smoothly during the stay. The house is nice, well maintained and well equipped. The heated pool is a real plus!

Beautiful house, located in residential area close by car to all amenities. Large interior, well-equipped, comfortable. Very quiet, at least in winter….

We had a pleasant stay at Delphine and Jérôme's. Large space with comfortable living room, very well-equipped and pleasant kitchen, as well as the large counter to eat there. I highly recommend it!!!

A super large house with 4 bedrooms and everything nice on the ground floor! Sweet and good reception from Mireille, that was also very pleasant. Within walking distance of a bakery, fishmonger and supermarket, a nice market in the square weekly. Our kids enjoyed it too. Small station is within walking distance and always easy and the trains certainly do not make any noise. In short, wonderful house to relax and unwind.
