Cozy Neuk was a perfect base for exploring Shetland. In a quiet location, it was restful and peaceful but had everything we needed for a one week stay. Tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, immaculate bathroom with a shower enclosure, good quality and more than generous supply of towels. Kitchen was well kitted out and scrupulously clean. Very cosy, clean and well equipped apartment in a calm area of town (but just a 5 min walk from the old town centre). Robert and Ann were lovely, very responsive and helpful hosts. I enjoyed my stay very much and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to other guests.

The house is charming and exceeded our expectations. The Art on the walls and individual well considered decor made it homely and interesting and very comfortable. House is warm and such a beautiful view , watching the ladies who swim in the sea each morning at 6.00 am in all weathers was an inspiration. Hope to return. Highly recommend everything about this property and the local advice and detail in making us feel welcome. Perfect location for exploring the Shetland Isles and mainland. We were lucky enough to be there when the RNLI had their 4th shout of 2025 and had the perfect spot to watch the launch.
