In the heart of Perche, close to all shops, close to Mortagne au Perche and Mêle sur Sarthe, this duplex will combine functionality and calm of the countryside. A few steps from the greenway, this studio is ideal for stopping during a hike, bike ride or horseback ride.

Composed of an equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave...) a bathroom with shower and toilet, a sleeping area and a living room area with desk and sofa bed. Note: the accommodation is located on the 3rd floor and has sloping ceilings.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the heart of a horseback riding stable. Other than the horses, you can admire the 2 bodies of water (a boat is available) and listen to the frogs singing. As the sun sets, enjoy the barbecue at your disposal and settle down at the picnic table by the water. A peaceful oasis in the middle of Parc du Perche

In the Perche Regional Park, next to La Perrière, we found our haven of peace and happiness, in perfect harmony with the beautiful nature of these places. The guest house is in the garden, just across the main house where we live all year round, surrounded by meadows, forest and Percheron horses.
