Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Located 530 meters above sea level, at the foot of the hiking trails, it is a haven of peace 35 minutes from the City of Carcassonne, 15 minutes from the castles of Lastours and close to the Brousses and Villaret paper mill as well as the Montagnès lake. Here, life flows to the rhythm of the forest and birdsong. We are surrounded by 320 hectares of woods and forests.

This charming little house (40 m2) is ideal for one or two couples or a family with two children. Large single-storey room, mezzanine with 2 separate beds, or assembled for a second couple.
