Bienvenue à toutes et à tous ! Ce lieu de vie, c'est bien plus qu'un simple appartement au pied des pistes pour nous. C'est notre petit coin de paradis où l'on se retrouve avec notre famille de voyageurs et avec nos amis depuis bientôt 40 ans. Nous sommes ravis de vous y accueillir. C'est un petit coin de paradis pour être seul et pour retrouver ceux qu'on aime. C'est un point de départ idéal pour explorer les montagnes, les lacs, les rivières, et toute la magnifique nature environnante.

Le Nid de Gypaete

Newly finished modern ground floor suite in local family house with sunny patio/garden/bbq access on the uphill edge of the tiny quiet hameau of Ventelon. One bedroom with queen size bed and single bunk with additional single bed/sofa in living area (baby bed/high chair also available) with views to the high summits. Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking/oven. Perfect base for direct ski touring/hiking/paragliding access to the fabulous terrain on the sunny side of the valley.

Family cottage of 190 m2 for 15 people on 3 levels, completely renovated. Ideally located chalet at the foot of the slopes (departure ESF course and ESF Piou-Piou club), 150 m from the lake. In Albiez-Montrond at the Col du Mollard in Savoie at an altitude of 1630 m. Authentically charming village with exceptional views of the Aiguilles d'Arves, small preserved natural paradise. Ski area open from 12/21 to 03/23 + possibility to ski on the Sybelles area 15 min drive until mid-April.

Les Hameaux: your furnished apartment in Courchevel

CURE 2025 RATE €950/21 nights With its breathtaking view of the Vanoise range and the small hamlets overlooking Brides-Les-Bains, this 40 m2 apartment, very bright and fully furnished can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the lower level of the chalet, it has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) or two single beds (80 x 200). In the living room you will find a sofa bed (2 people – 140 x 200). 1 Dog accepted under conditions (+ fee of €5/day) Cat not accepted

La Grave: Architect-designed house with unique views

In the heart of the Écrins National Park, perched in the Hameau des Terrasses, this contemporary house has stunning views of the Meije glaciers. The 95 m2 house is characterized by its openings and unique volumes offering its occupants an extraordinary panoramic landscape. It has an equipped kitchen open to the living room, 3 bedrooms including a mezzanine with a total of 6 beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. It received the 2022 Archicote Award.

Comfortable mountain chalet – Les Diablotins

This peaceful, spacious and very well arranged accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Completely renovated chalet (end of renovation early December 2024), bright, well-equipped located in the center of the resort. Walking distance: bakery, cheese shop, grocery store, sports stores, cinema, toboggan run, as well as ski slopes. Private parking spaces. Snow removal from the driveway and parking spaces provided by a company.

Apartment for 8 people Albanne

Apartment of about 100 m2, all comforts in a charming little mountain village in Savoie at 1640 m altitude, 5 minutes from the Karellis resort. Departure in front of the apartment by ski lift or walks on foot, snowshoes and cross-country skiing. Family resort with its ski area for all levels. In summer, many hiking trails are possible. Weekly rental, possibility to rent by the night (2 minimum) at certain times.

Le Cocon Chaffrelin - mountain view - parking

Le Cocon Chafferlin, charming studio located in St Chaffrey in the Serre Chevalier resort with magnificent views of the Luc Alphand slope. It has a great location and is a 5-minute walk from the shops and the start of the slopes. (Ski shuttle also available at the bottom of the residence) Completely renovated in 2021 in a warm mountain style and equipped with everything you need to make you feel right at home.

My accommodation is close to Vanoise Park with a beautiful view of the mountains of the Maurienne Valley. You will also appreciate it for its calm, its outdoor spaces, for cyclists its location near the mythical passes of the Tour de France (Galibier, Madeleine, Croix de Fer...) for skiers and hikers 5 km from the winter/summer resort of Les Karellis. My place is good for couples, solo travelers.
