Well equipped apartment, quality bedding, location a short walk from the train station and close to the center, enough space for three people in our case. Excellent responsiveness and courtesy of the owners. Private parking is quite fair for an SUV but it passes, and the street is free.

villa Denise is a beautiful house that only needs to accommodate young and old. The beautiful spaces of this house allow everyone to find their place. The proximity to the center and the beach is very comfortable. Magali is flexible, responsive and her directions are specific. don't hesitate!

Great stay with the family. Pierre's house is ideally located and wonderfully organized. It is full of charm and comfortable. We were able to enjoy the small garden in the back of the house and have lunch almost every day. We enjoyed the light Normandy flan by Hélie Bruno, the excellent Pont L 'évêque de La Houssaye de la Fromagerie des Bains and the fresh fish on the quays. We'll be happy to go back!

The location was excellent. The family of 5 fit well in this tiny home. Clean and new! Good kitchen equipment. Street parking spots are sparse at Easter.

I’m actually stuck for words on what to say about Delphine. It was like going back to your parents and your parental home and when someone asks you “how good were your parents and what did they do?” It feels like they did absolutely nothing. They are just there. Like turning the tap on and water pours out. It just happens and you take all the hard work of water management, purification, infrastructure etc, all for granted. Delphine was just there! Thank you Delphine.

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Perfectly located accommodation, minutes from the beach on foot. The sea view is lovely. The accommodation is clean, well arranged and with all the necessities (there is even a booster seat and a step-stool for children!). Thanks to Audrey for her smile and hosting us. We had a lovely stay!

Go there without so much as a second thought! You can only have a great time there. In addition, very warm welcome. Fanny is very responsive. It feels good to meet such a person. Super equipped accommodation, very pleasant. All is well thought out. Non-alcoholic cocktail, excellent breakfast for the next day, ...several nice little touches upon arrival. The location is perfect!It's the first residence from promenade and the beach but the building is facing the small and quite street.Meanwhile it's just 3min walk from all the restaurants and shops and 15min walk to the very centre of Deauville.During the winter parking is free on the street and there are always places to park just in front the entrance so you do not even need to use the garage.The apartment is very warm which is also good for the winter. It has everything what is needed for living.The balcony is much bigger and more cosy than on the photos. It's on the sunny side so you can enjoy your breakfast outside even in winter days.The only thing which we would like to have additionally is a bit more space for our staff in wardrobes and cupboards.Unfortunately they are all full except one in the bedroom.May be for the summer it does not matter,but during the winter we had to bring a lot of clothes with us for different weather and having more space to store it would be nice.

Very beautiful and large apartment 2 steps from the city center and with a beautiful view of it. The dishwasher is not working well (which may explain not nickel dishes). For the rest, everything was great. On-site parking is very useful but a shame that it is so narrow and that the other poorly parked residents hinder the maneuvers (which are numerous and painful).
