The apartment is 45 m2. The decor is warm and functional. The listing is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium of 3 units. Its double-sided aspect brings it a lot of light. The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Guests have access to the entire space and all its amenities. €15 extra charge for arrivals after 10pm. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. Lyarne - Seaside gîte, for 2, beachfront, overlooking garden

Quiet beachfront cottage, located on large landscaped grounds. Direct beach access, not very busy. Gite on the ground floor of the west wing, on the sea side of the main house. There are two other self-catering gites on the grounds, and a house rented year-round at the entrance. Isolated property, along the dune, in natura 2000 zone, but just 2.5 km from the center and the SNCF station of Les Moutiers-en-Retz with local shops. 20 minutes from the old port of Pornic and large surface areas.

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone.
