Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

Ground floor: 30 m2 living room with stove and well-equipped kitchen + washing machine / Wi-Fi Upstairs: 1 bedroom + bathroom (shower, toilet). Sunny, quiet terrace with barbecue + sunny and shaded garden with deckchairs.

Fully equipped accommodation with a large living room on the ground floor, consisting of an equipped kitchenette and a living area with TNT TV. On the second floor, a bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet. Accommodation equipped with Wi-Fi but very little telephone network.

The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.
