Voyageurs sérieux, discrets et respectueux uniquement ! Fête interdite. Pour les gros chien, ce n'est que 30m2 donc malheureusement ils ne seront pas acceptés.

Welcome to "L'Atelier d'Antoine", a former cabinetmaker's workshop that has been tastefully renovated. The house offers you a pleasant living room open to a wooded terrace not overlooked, with a dining area and a barbecue area. It has an equipped kitchen, a living area with sofa bed and TV, 2 pretty bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is located close to shops, 10 minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon, 30 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne beach and 40 minutes from Puy du Fou Park.

Take a break in this nice quiet studio with comfortable bedding, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Take advantage of the small private terrace to relax without overlooked. The accommodation is located 30 minutes from the sea, 45 minutes from the Puy du Fou, near the vineyards Mareuillais and at the door of the marshes poitevins. The shops are about 4 km. The start of a small hike of 3km is located next to the studio and will allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature.

This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.

Fully renovated, our cottage can accommodate 4 or 6 people, it includes: 1 living room with open kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, dining room, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet, 2 bedrooms with 140X190 beds and dressing room. A terrace with awning, garden furniture, barbecue, sunbathing and shed with toilet and shower. A garden with swimming pool (covered and heated from mid-April to late September), swing, ping-pong table and bowling alley.

50 m2 refurbished apartment with terrace for up to 4 people (possibility of an extra baby cot) In the quiet of the countryside on a wooded plot of 2 Ha by the river and close to Lake Vouraie. Close to Puy du Fou (35 min) and the Vendée coast (about 45 min), shopping center 5 min away as well as the Bournezeau toll. Horse riding enthusiasts can bring their horses with ours during your stay (2 max and financial supplement)

Come and sleep in this newly renovated home. La Roche-sur-Yon is 10 minutes away, Le Puy du Fou is 45 minutes away, Les Sables-d'Olonne is 30 minutes away. It has a 140/190 double bed upstairs accessible by a staircase with a separate bathroom. Its 140/190 sofa bed can accommodate an extra adult or 2 children.
