The apartment Casa Suala is in an elevated position with the most spectacular views of both sea and mountains - relax in your own private pool with those truly stunning views ! Elevated position commanding most spectacular views of sea and mountains. All rooms have stunning views and open onto 19m terrace and pool. Nestled in a natural, peaceful mountain setting early risers can experience the most beautiful of sunrises over the bluest Mediterranean sea. Or simply relax on a lounger on your very own private terrace, taking in the most beautiful scenery and fresh air - watching beautiful sunsets & listening to birds with cocktail in hand - or perhaps a glass of that wonderful local wine ! The early risers will enjoy the most beautiful of sunrises with spectacular 'green flash' on some mornings – ideal for that romantic moment or just to have some time to yourself in the early morning before the kids wake up . Strictly no more than 4 guests in total (to include children) We do not accept children under 5 years old or non-swimmers due to safety reasons *Please remember that upon arrival we will need a €200 Euro security deposit ( in cash please) to cover any loss, damage or breakage, which will be returned to you after inspection - hopefully in full - when you leave. Please do tell us of any mishaps though straight away in order that we have time to repair or replace before the next guests arrive A €50 late night arrival fee will apply for arrivals after 21:00hrs. (no check in after 22:00 hrs) A €50 Euro extra cleaning charge to include the BBQ will be charged if deemed necessary ( although I have never yet had to charge for this ) *Please remember that check in is not before 16.00hrs on arrival and check out before 10.00 hrs on departure date. Quiet residential area so no loud music or noise after 12:00 midnight or any actions which may cause nuisance or disturbance to neighbours or guests
