The property is located on the sea in La Flotte. It is very well equipped - especially for someone with young children. Washing machine, dryer, high chair, stair gates, enclosed garden. In addition, the house is perfectly located right on the promenade. Everything is in walking distance. The place was really spotlessly clean!

Excellent stay at Maïa and Johann's place. Tastefully decorated, very well equipped and close to La Rochelle in a small quiet village. A pleasure to be able to have breakfast on the private sunny terrace in the morning. We'll be happy to go back!

A very nice apartment and that must be absolutely excellent in summer with its beautiful pool... we had a great stay with our three-year-old son who was able to go out in the well closed courtyard. Fabienne answered our call when we got a bit lost…, thank you!

Clean and conveniently located for visiting the city! The accommodation deserves to be better soundproofed because we heard noise every night (washer truck, garbage truck, street passersby... at all hours). The accommodation is well equipped and the terrace is great!

Marie and Julien loved us as hosts. They are available at any time, warm, helpful, very straightforward and provided us with their stylishly furnished and newly renovated house with confidence. We love the house, the cuddly cats and the beautiful and spacious garden with old trees. Garden and pool were maintained daily. The house is quietly located, right next to organic bakery, supermarket and pharmacy. A magnificent footpath through the city park takes you to the center and the sea of la Rochelle. The city is pulsating and delighted us as much as the house and the people. Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely time, thanks to Angelique and Christophe's place! The accommodation is very well located just a few minutes by bike from the small port of the fleet and especially its market! The coastal path is also nearby and will give you some great running sessions! Otherwise the accommodation is very very very functional , everything is well thought out, enough appliances to feel that we are missing nothing. there are many electrical outlets, storage, the space with the double bed is well thought out and gives you the impression of a real room in this studio. The underground parking is just the cherry on the cake! Honestly, I did a lot of airbnb and I find that Christophe and Angelique's place was designed for "us" guests so that we felt at home... and it works! Thanks again and I would highly recommend their place!

After a first misadventure with an Airbnb originally booked, we book Antoine's home quickly. What a pleasure it is to find a place that is as described. Very well located, functional apartment where you can find everything you need for our arrival. The places are clean, the location is ideal with a plus for underground parking. Antoine is very responsive and welcoming. In short, I would highly recommend and will not hesitate to come back if we come back here.
