Maison vendéenne (ancien corps de ferme) , rénovée en 2018, équipée pour recevoir 2 à 6 personnes et disposant d'un équipement pour bébé ( lit, chaise haute, baignoire...). Située en lisière de village, accés par chemin privé, avec vue dégagée sur les prairies et à 300m des commerces du bourg. A 1 km des plages de sable par voies piétonne et cyclos aménagées pour se rendre à la plage en 10 minutes. Musée Clémenceau, chemin côtier vers Jard/mer, balades en forêt à proximité. Animaux non admis.

A house full of charm with its exposed beams and garden. A large living room with open, fitted and equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet. Simplify your life in this peaceful and central accommodation. This quiet studio, close to all amenities and the sea, will allow you to rest while being next to Les Sables and close to the sea. You will have parking in front of the studio, closed parking and inside my property! So there's no risk to your vehicle! You are 3 minutes by car from the Arena, or even go there by bicycle or on foot. Come and rest, sunbathe and enjoy this peaceful retreat with ease!
