Refurbished studio right by the slopes, with a magnificent view (top floor, so very quiet). Free parking outside the building. With a ski rack for direct access to the slopes! All the resort's amenities are right on the doorstep of the apartment: mini-supermarket, bakery, restaurants/bars, shops, cinema, bowling alley, ice rink, climbing wall, launderette, tourist information office, bus. The studio is a 30-minute drive from Briançon, a 50-minute drive from the Italian border, and a 1-hour 45-minute drive from the city of Turin.

Our little but cosy and sweet family apartment at the heart of the Ecrins in Puy-Saint-Vincent - surrounded by mountains and next to the ski area. Direct access to the Prorel de Briançon Serre-Chevalier ski slope. Free parking in front of the accommodation. In the quiet hamlet of Queyrelles (village of Puy St Pierre). Perfect for sports enthusiasts and nature lovers, bike, mountain bike and hiking trips are close to the accommodation. Studio 2 min by car from the center of Briançon. Very nice cozy accommodation. Small balcony ideal for having breakfast in the sun. Housing not suitable for people with reduced mobility on the 1st floor.

We offer the 1st floor of our family chalet, 100% renovated in 2024, after 2 years of very large insulation and embellishment work for maximum comfort. An exceptional environment, 1900 m above sea level, 700 m from Brunissard, at the end of a passable forest road. In winter, access is most often impossible by car, but the path is easily done on foot, even for children: plan to bring backpacks instead. (Snowmobile option for luggage) 5G available!
