You can enjoy peace with your whole family in this wonderful place. It is only ten minutes by car to Cunda Island and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable holiday with its approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, is three kilometers from the center of Ayvalık, there is no parking problem, and it is suitable for conservative families. There are two double beds, three single beds and a sofa bed that can be turned into a bed. A crib and a high chair can be provided if requested. All rooms have air conditioning.

The property is located outside the settlement, it is surrounded by nature and is ideal for relaxation and tranquility. The last part of the road to arrive at the accommodation, one kilometer long, is a dirt road. The location is ideal for cycling in the surrounding area, for this purpose 2 bicycles are provided free of charge. By bicycle it is possible to access the surrounding villages and the nearest beach. Horse riding is also available upon reservation.

Katerina's Mini Suite is located in the center of Plomari and features air conditioning, 2 sunny terraces overlooking the sea and a private Jacuzzi. The accommodation is 600m from Ammoudeli Beach and 1.5km from Agios Isidoros Beach. This suite includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven with stovetops & a microwave and a flat-screen TV. For added comfort, free towels and linen are provided. The Ouzo Museum is 1.4 km away.
