It is an ideal option for those who want to spend a peaceful holiday in this historical old Greek village, which is 5 km from the center of Ayvalık, 3 km from Sarımsaklı Beach and 15 km from Cunda Island. The width of our apartment is 140 square meters 2+1.

Aircon and heating is from heat-pump, the hotwater from solar panels and we support electric cars charging. Insect screens and roof fans are fitted for guests who prefer fresh air than aircondition. A bedroom and a bathroom is friendly to guests with mobility difficulties. Digital Nomads are welcome.
