You can enjoy peace with the whole family in this wonderful place. It is only a ten minute drive to the island of Cunda and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable vacation with approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, three kilometers to the center of Ayvalık, no parking problem, suitable for conservative families. There are two double three single beds and a sofa bed that can turn into bed. A crib and high chair are provided if desired. All rooms also have air conditioning.

A bohemian two-story house on a parallel alleyway to Horse Cars Square,very calm, 100 m from Palabahçe, walking distance to all the organic products located in the bakery,butcher and bazaar. There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

Our almond flower villa has a sea view of the olive branch villa with a view of the village. There is an open terrace with 60m2 sea views in each 2 villas. The kitchens are separate and have white goods and wifi. We are waiting for you to experience the comfort of home in this ancient village that smells of history

In olive trees, sandy beach 300m - Koutimou

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

Our villa in the center of Ayvalık, Sarımsaklı has three floors. Our villa, which has a bathroom on each floor and an en-suite bathroom in one room, is decent, quiet, peaceful, away from the chaos, and only 50 meters from the sea. Enjoy a peaceful and enjoyable dinner with your family or have fun with your friends in our villa with a patio, garden and terrace. You can also have a romantic dinner with your spouse.
