Our lovely apartment is located 10 minutes from Roermond town centre and the outlet centre, and is fully equipped with every comfort. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma divan beds, a luxury bathroom (including a washing machine), and a living room with an open-plan kitchen. The sofa in the living room can also serve as a sleeping area for two additional people. A supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a 100-metre radius.

Suite Leopoldine is located on the second floor and is over 65 m². The suite is tastefully decorated and consists of a living room, a kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. The cosy, comfortable décor makes this apartment very suitable for an extended stay. Due to its location on the second floor, this apartment is less suitable for people with disabilities. The apartment is not equipped for a stay with children. Pets are not allowed.

You will be staying past our saloon/reception with a private entrance. 2 living rooms on the upper floor with there 1 large of 36m2 that can be made completely private by closing the door to the loft see pictures,. And a small living room 11m2 adjoining 1 of the bedrooms that overlooks the saloon from the loft. (during opening hours of the saloon/ reception, the saloon is also accessible to day guests who come for lunch or have a coffee.)
