The apartment is located in a quiet location in the old town center of the municipality of Greifenstein-Ulm at the foot of the Westerwald. Here you can arrive, relax in a casual atmosphere, feel comfortable and, if necessary, get out of the way in the 80 m² apartment ;-) Our geese can be observed on a separate pasture, which is especially fun for children. In winter you have the opportunity to spend cozy evenings with cozy stove heat. Wood does not have to be brought along ;-)

Ideal and spacious living in the countryside

Our apartment Rosenstein (70 square meters) in the Weilburg district of Kubach is located in a quiet residential area. It offers a parking space and a storage space for bicycles. The apartment has a separate entrance as well as a spacious terrace and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The shopping is very good, as bakers, supermarkets, a drugstore and a fast food restaurant are only a few hundred meters away.

Das Apartment liegt im EG eines ehemaligen Hotels und wurde 2017/18 komplett renoviert. Bis in Wetzlar's Stadtmitte sind es ca. 3km. Gaststätte/Restaurant mit schönem Biergarten in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca 900 mtr. Ein eigener Parkplatz, sowie kostenfreies W-Lan sind selbstverständlich vorhanden. Für Anreisen nach 21 Uhr steht Ihnen unser Keyboy zu Verfügung. Das Apartment ist mit einer "Junior Suite" in einem Hotel vergleichbar. Privatsphäre ist garantiert.

This charming vacation rental is in a quiet location, but with good connections for all kinds of activities and excursions. Newly renovated, it offers you comfort and comfort in a spacious bedroom with a large box spring bed, plus a large XL sleeping chair. The large living room with couch, relaxation lounger and terraces also offers access to the countryside invites you to linger. The kitchen is equipped with everything - as well as the bathroom with shower.

Pure relaxation with the family, on a business trip or just for a break in the countryside. Located directly on the field/forest edge. From here you can directly access many hiking trails. Close to Weilburg an der Lahn with boat rentals, the picturesque castle and the unique ship tunnel. 5-minute walk to the village community house Löhnberger Lilie. A barrel sauna can be booked for an extra charge of €50 per day, on request and subject to availability.

Historic mill - barn loft

I rent this unique apartment in the courtyard of a historic mill. (Also check out my new apartment 'In the stable'.) The barn loft is located under the roof of the former barn. It consists of a combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom. You can reach the room via several stairs. Pure nature, with horses, dogs, cats, chickens and geese and all that naturally goes with it.

House on the forest -complete apartment approx. 45 sqm with separate entrance. The modern and practical accommodation is located directly on the edge of the forest. For short breaks (cyclists/boaters) who want to stay one or two nights at short notice. Simple equipment, single kitchen, shower and toilet on the first floor, upstairs bedroom with double bed. A roll mattress can be used for children. No TV, no closet. Located one street from the Lahn. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
