In the semi-basement with large daylight windows there is a double bedroom and bathroom next to a living room/kitchen. The couch can be converted into a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guest into a sofa bed. The kitchen offers a rich equipment, here you can cook relaxed. Welcome to the urban jungle! Located in the center, you will find our cozy, green oasis just a few meters from the zoo. In the hustle and bustle of the big city animals, in the very nearby city center, there are numerous shopping opportunities. There are also countless places for a big appetite, tropical refreshments or of course local specialties. The arena and the stadium can be reached with a 15-minute walk through the beautiful Waldstraßenviertel.

The 120 sqm vacation home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 floors, each with a sleeping and living area (play corner for our little guests) as well as a spacious bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find a sauna in our bathroom that is exclusively available to you. On the first floor, a farmhouse kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely. A terrace invites you to relax. A grill and fireplace are provided.
